Andrew gears up for The Bob Graham Round

Andrew Birkinshaw our finance director is in training to attempt the Bob Graham Round.

For anybody who doesn't know what this entails its a challange to run 42 peaks in the lake district with an ascent of approx 28500 ft and covering approx 78 miles in wait for it 24 hours !!!!!!!!

Starting and finishing at Moot Hall in the centre of Keswick it takes in some well known peaks including Skiddaw, Helvellyn and Honister pass plus some not so well known.

Must be mad.
