Do Prima provide a sampling service?
We have access to facilities for CAD/CAM designing and sampling. This helps the customer to see what he is getting and to transit test the pack to make sure no problems are encountered at a later stage of production. We are able to email cutter layouts (for PC CF2 or EPS type files) direct to customers in order for them to accurately position artwork.

How Quickly can I have a quotation?
Quotations are produced in the space of 24hrs for standard enquires.

Do you produce small runs?
Yes. In fact small quick turnaround runs are our speciality. Although we will also quote your enquiries for larger quantities.

Can someone come out to see me?
Yes we have sales representatives who will be only too willing to call and see you to discuss your requirements. We will lead you through the various alternative forms of packaging and liase with you throughout the various stages of your order.

How should artwork be supplied?
We can receive artwork on disc or via e mail. Adobe illustrator or Freehand tends to be the preferred format.

Do you charge for delivery?
Unless specified all quotations include carriage.

Are you competitive?
Our turnover has increased steadily year by year including new customers so we must be doing something right. We are not the cheapest but if it's peace of mind and first class service your require then we are your people.
